Refunds, Returns, & Warranty Policies
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days on the day your item arrives listed on your tracking number. After 30 days, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Unless item has been installed and there is manufacturing defect failure. Please inspect your product then it arrives and notify us as soon as you notice something that is incorrect, broken or missing parts.
Returns:
- Are considered items that are unused, unopened products, not installed on vehicle, & new as we shipped it to you.
- All returns that were ordered by no mistake of WCRs or manufacturing defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns do not include
- Incorrect items you may have received
- items with missing parts
- Shipping damage
- Manufactured incorrectly.

Warrantied Items:
- All parts have a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty against manufacturing flaws or part failure.
- Parts that have been installed incorrectly or have cause failure at no fault of WCR or the manufacturer are not eligible for a warranty claim.
- Parts that do not fit, should not be installed and you must contact us first.
- If you install a part that does not fit, then contact us, we will not be able to warranty your part.

Return Info:
To be eligible for a 30 day return:
- Your item must be unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging.
Items exempt for returns:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids / gases / oils
- Used parts or items than contain hazardous materials or fuel, gas or liquids.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Electrical Components:
- Sensors
- Switches
- Fuel, oil or chemical related
- Items that have already been installed into the vehicle (unless manufacturing defect see warranty at the top.).
Return Stipulations:
- To complete your return:
- Include your receipt when shipping back item or,
- Proof of purchase with order number.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Situations for refund denial:
- Obvious signs of use – unless already stated on listing
- Any item not in its original condition
- Damaged from faulting installation
- Electrical components removed from their original packaging.
- All electrical items are sealed before shipping.
- If opened you void your return elidgablility.
- Missing parts for any reasons – not due to manufacturer, shipping or packing errors.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- IF you blindly ship and item to use without a RMA you will not receive a refund and will incur return shipping of the item.
Refunds:
Once your return or warranty item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank or paypal account
- Credit card refunds via paypal can take 7-10 days. Please be patiend.
- Please contact your credit card company or paypal. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this please contact us and make sure you include your RMA and/or order number.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, Contact us for a RMA number.
Please clearly label the RMA number on the outside of the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty / Exchanges
We only exchange warranty items if they are defective, damaged from shipping or manufactured incorrectly. We do not issue a refund, only store credit or exact part exchanges. Your warranty starts on the day your package arrives. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first with photos of the failed item. After that, you will receive a reply with a RMA number. If you need the item right away, you can purchase another item, then we will refund your payment on the second item as soon as the failed part arrives back to us. Please clearly label the RMA number on the outside of the package. Then, send your item to:
