Description
Our Poly Transmission Mount Stop Washers Isolators are made from thermoplastic polyurethane. These stop washers are very hard to find. So we decided to make them in house. We 3d print each isolator on a highly modified dedicated polyurethane printer. The Transmission Mount Stop Washers have a temperature range up to 365-385ºf / 185-220ºc, so they will withstand your engine temperatures without any issues.
WCRs Stop Washers will prevent damage to your chassis mounts and provide better protection. This will detour the transmission mount from moving too much. There is less compressor when the engine / transmission rocks backwards and forwards, thus providing better clutch engagement.
Transmission mount is not included.
The special material we use, has a durometer rating of 75 Shore A hardness. Slightly harder than the OEM part.
These are the thin 3mm 16v version, but fit both Mk1 and Mk2 Sciroccos, 8v & 16v 020 transmissions.
