Usage Notes
- Function: Used to turn the idle mixture adjusting screw (counter-clockwise increases CO value, clockwise decreases CO value).
- Safety & Caution: Do not push the adjustment wrench down or accelerate the engine while the tool is engaged in the mixture tower.
- Procedure: Always remove Tool P377 after making an adjustment and briefly blip/accelerate the engine before reading the CO percentage.
- Design: This wrench is designed to be light weight in order to not affect the balance of the Air Fuel (A/F) metering plate. Remove after adjusting screw. Other tools may affect the tuning as the weight can alter the A/F ratio. Also designed to enable over torquing which can result in damage to the A/F metering adjustment screw.
